2011年11月25日、中国山西省太原駅にて列車を待っていた男が突然死。そこに偶々仏僧が居合わせ、死者の手を握って供養した。
この事件は知らなかったのだけれど、このシーンは見たことがある。フィクションというか、賈樟柯の『山河故人』のシーンとして*1。
