先月末、ネパールの最高裁判所はその判決において、同性カップルの婚姻を受理・登記すること、速やかに同性婚姻の法制化を反映した法改正を行うことを命じた。同性婚の法制化は南亜細亜諸国においては初めて、亜細亜においては台湾*1に次ぐ*2。
