倫敦の北朝鮮大使館館員が逃走したという記事。URLは元のままだけど、徹底的に書き換えられ、タイトルも変わっていた。 問題の外交官はThae Yong Ho*2。大使に次ぐナンバー２の地位にあるという。最初は第三国へ行くということだったが*3、韓国政府はThae氏が韓国に帰順し、既にソウルで韓国政府の保護下で暮らしていると述べた。Thae氏はこれまでで最高位の脱北者＝帰順者ということになる。Thae氏は、2003年の倫敦の北朝鮮大使館開設を（当時は）一等書記官として担った*4。
