中国国際航空の機内誌『中国之翼』の差別的な記述に対する反応が炎上状態になっている。倫敦は基本的に安全であるけど、印度人、パキスタン人、黒人が聚住している地区は「乱」なので、夜間は単独では行かないこと、また女性は（昼間でも）単独では行かないことというもの。特に、印度系の住民が多い地域を選挙区としている政治家は激怒しており、亜細亜系住民39％のEaling Southall選出のVirendra Sharma代議士（労働党）は中国大使に「謝罪」を求める書簡を送っている*1。パキスタン系であるSadiq Khan倫敦市長*2も現在何らかの「声明」を準備中であるという。一方、中国国際航空側は記述の不適切さを認め、『中国之翼』を撤去したとしている。尚、『中国之翼』の刊行は「中国国際航空公司」の関連会社「中国国際航空伝媒有限責任公司」による*3。
