６月16日、ミート・ローフ*1がカナダのエドモントン*2で開かれたコンサートで歌っている最中に倒れた。一時的に意識は失ったものの、生命に別条はない。ただ、カナダ・ツアーのうち、ムース・ジョーとカルガリーでのライヴはキャンセルされた。彼は2003年にも倫敦でパフォーマンス中に倒れている。
ミート・ローフの名前を久々に聞くと、やはり（月並みではあるが）『ロッキー・ホラー・ショー』が観たくなる。
