女子児童とのわいせつ行為を撮影　小学教諭を懲戒免職

　兵庫県教育委員会は３０日、県内の公立小学校に勤める３０代の男性教諭が、他の小学校の女子児童をホテルに連れ込み、わいせつな行為をして様子を撮影したなどとして、懲戒免職処分にしたと発表した。
　県教委によると、教諭は２０１３年３月〜１４年２月、３回にわたり、県内のホテルで当時小学生だった女子児童にわいせつな行為をし、その様子を撮影した画像をインターネットで他人に提供したという。
　教諭は１４年１１月に県警の家宅捜索を受け、児童買春・児童ポルノ禁止法違反（提供目的所持）の疑いで現行犯逮捕されたという。

ということは、教師に「わいせつな行為」をされたときは小学６年生で、現在は中学生ということか。教師がペドフィリア *1だったのかどうかはわからず。また、教師が既婚なのか独身なのかということも。社会がペドフィリアというものに対してどのように対応していこうとしているのかというのもよくわからないのだ。
さて、BBCのサイトでは時々かなり昔の記事へのアクセスが復活して、アクセス・ランキングの上位に食い込むということが起こる。最近人気の記事は、2006年２月の記事で、アフリカのスーダンで、山羊とセックスしているところを見つかり、その山羊と結婚させられ、結婚持参金（dowry）を払わされた男の話。

Sudan man forced to 'marry' goat

A Sudanese man has been forced to take a goat as his "wife", after he was caught having sex with the animal.
The goat's owner, Mr Alifi, said he surprised the man with his goat and took him to a council of elders.
They ordered the man, Mr Tombe, to pay a dowry of 15,000 Sudanese dinars ($50) to Mr Alifi.
"We have given him the goat, and as far as we know they are still together," Mr Alifi said.
Mr Alifi, of Hai Malakal in Upper Nile State, told the Juba Post newspaper that he heard a loud noise around midnight on 13 February and immediately rushed outside to find Mr Tombe with his goat.
"When I asked him: 'What are you doing there?', he fell off the back of the goat, so I captured and tied him up."
Mr Alifi then called elders to decide how to deal with the case.
"They said I should not take him to the police, but rather let him pay a dowry for my goat because he used it as his wife," Mr Alifi told the newspaper.

前の未年だから12年前か、或る日本研究のMLで、hitsujiは英語でsheepなのかgoatなのかという論争があったのだ。それで、漢字文化圏ではsheepとgoatは別物ではなく同じ種のヴァリエーションとして考えられている、goatはmountain sheepなのだからと発言した。
上の記事のアクセスが再び急増したのも干支とはかんけいないだろう。何しろ、干支というのは東亜細亜の日中韓３国特有のものだから。
