「日本人１人殺害」と放送　「イスラム国」運営のラジオ

　「イスラム国」が運営するラジオは２５日のニュース番組で、「イスラム国」が警告通りに日本人の人質１人を殺害したと伝えた。ニュースは「イスラム国」が２４日に音声付き画像を公開したとし、画像に写った日本人人質の発言を引用して「湯川（遥菜）さんは殺害された」と説明した。
　このニュース番組は２５日にインターネット上に投稿された。男性アナウンサーが、「『イスラム国』が土曜日（２４日）に公表した画像に『湯川さんは殺害された』と語る日本人人質が写っている」とトップ項目で伝えた。
　アナウンサーは「『イスラム国』は、日本に与えた猶予期間の終了とともに日本人人質の１人を殺害した」と述べた。後藤健二さんの名前には言及せず、「２人目の人質は、自分の解放と引き換えに、ヨルダンの刑務所にいるサジダ・リシャウィ（死刑囚）を釈放するよう日本政府に圧力をかけてほしいと家族に求めている」と続けた。
　このラジオ局は「イスラム国」が首都とするシリア北部ラッカにあるとみられる。「イスラム国」の宣伝を担っており、ネット上でもニュースを公開している。（カイロ＝翁長忠雄）

テロには屈しないという強気の裏に、日本国憲法第９条削除への野望、或いは集団的自衛権容認*2があることが指摘されている；

Since his reelection in December*3, Abe has supported proposals to remove article 9 of Japan’s constitution*4, adopted after the second world war and drafted by US occupation forces, which renounces the use of war or the threat of force to resolve international disputes and bans the maintenance of armed forces with “war potential”.
His government has already loosened the conditions in which Japan’s Self-Defence Forces can be used, to include the protection of close allies. But there is limited public support for such changes, and it is far from clear whether the impact of the hostage trauma will strengthen Abe’s hand or intensify calls for Japan to withdraw from its foreign policy commitments on the far side of the world*5.
