2023年度のノーベル文学賞は諾威の劇作家ヨン・フォッセ*2に送られる。遺憾ながら、ヨン・フォッセという名前とその業績については全然存じ上げなかった。彼は、元々クエーカーで、後にカトリックに改宗したという。諾威ならルター派でしょうというステレオタイプを持っていたので、興味深いことだと思った。
