昨年12月27日或いは28日に、26歳の北朝鮮軍脱走兵が図們江を越えて中国領内（吉林省）に侵入し、国境近くの村で４人を殺し、さらに空き家に侵入して現金100元と食料を奪った。その後、中国の軍・警察に腹部を銃撃され、現在は意識不明状態であるという。
